My name is Kate Jones, and my mission is to help people implement successful changes in their lives and their businesses. I do this by first supporting them to identify their unwavering vision before helping them to take deliberate action. You can read more about my story here.

My coaching is designed for people who are frustrated with how things are right now, and want to make a change for themselves or their business. My methods can help people who:
- Want to make a career change or start a new business (I have achieved both of these things).
- Want to lose weight sustainably or live a healthier lifestyle (I am a qualified personal trainer and nutritional advisor).
- Manage a business or team and want to implement an effective change or transformation (I am an experienced change leader, having successfully implemented several large scale change projects for a global organisation).
It’s a sad fact that most change initiatives ultimately fail. In the UK, 40% of startups will have failed within 5 years. In weight loss, one study found the rate of failure to be 80%. In business, the rate of failure stands at 70%.
I believe it’s time that we turned these statistics around.
Change fails for a number of reasons, but the failure is almost always routed in a lack of vision, purpose and clarity. Each of these are assets that we are failing to define at the beginning of our path to change, meaning that we are ultimately flying through the process blind.
We try to build on foundations of sand, and find ourselves sinking instead of rising to the challenge.
Whatever your reason for change, there are 4 key components to success:
- Clarity of vision and purpose - why is this change so important to you? What are the consequences of success or failure?
- Understanding of the characteristics required for success - what specific skills, knowledge and behaviour is required if you are to make this change stick?
- Unearthing of limiting beliefs - what negative messages are you giving to yourself every minute of every day?
- Implementing simple, achievable goals - what are the small steps - the better habits - that will drive you towards success?
My role is to guide people through these steps so that they can make a successful, sustainable change.
How am I qualified to help?
- I had a successful corporate career leading multi-million £ global change projects (check out my LinkedIn profile).
- After realising that my corporate career wasn’t serving me effectively, I left it behind to build a business that aligns with my passions and supports my chosen lifestyle.
- I have lost 50 pounds in weight and made it stick. I qualified as a personal trainer and nutritional advisor to help others do the same.
